gm No. 47, in tribute to Chadwick Boseman on the fourth anniversary of the premier of “Black Panther,” on Feb. 16, 2022.
Some of my fondest memories from 2021 include massive “gm” runs on the Art Blocks Discord and the spirit of charity that the platform and its artists displayed throughout the year.
To continue that, I'd like to spread the gm vibe and charitable contributions throughout 2022. The gm 2022 project will consist of 365 works, one for every day of the year. Each piece will showcase "gm," from the simple initials to photographs as the day begins to more involved works from other artists and me. The artwork will be reasonably priced and may even appear on different blockchains throughout the year. Let's have some fun.
I will donate 50% of the proceeds from the project to charity, one charity per quarter. For January through March, I will contribute to Charity: Water, which provides clean drinking water to developing countries. The Q2 charity will be announced by mid-April.
